From drowning as a child to grieving as an adult, I learned one truth: God never abandoned me.

About the Book

When I was four years old, I drowned in a flooded pond. Years later, it happened again in a river. A third time, in a lake in another country, the waters pulled me under.

By all accounts, I shouldn’t be here. But each time, God rescued me.

As an adult, I faced a different kind of drowning—the heartbreak of losing my brother to cancer, and just four months later, my mother. Grief tried to pull me down the same way the waters once did.

Through every trial, one truth became my anchor: the Father never left me.

This book is my testimony—a story of survival, sorrow, and unshakable faith.

“When you pass through the waters, I will be with you.” — Isaiah 43:2
